A family owned business, Northern Developments is best known for developing commercial and retail sites in rural Alberta. They requested a brand refresh alongside a new look for their signage and a new, more advanced website.

Make it modern and make it bright. Due the nature of construction sites Northern needed their creative to stand out from the back ground noise of often drab construction sites. Often the signs are in the same location for long times so the creative and messaging needed to be engaging and when possible fun.
Our final creative take used bright green, purples and yellows. Icons denoting the type of development (commercial, retail, agricultural, office) were used to create a compelling and clever visual language.
